Husband and Wife Duo Pioneering Permanent Jewellery in Essex Secure Spot as Finalists in Regional Awards.

We have aspired to introduce a fresh experience to Essex, fostering connections and bringing people together.

On the 11th dec, Never Ending Chain, first permanent jewellery studio in Essex, announced today that it was named the finalist of retail small business of the year in The Essex Small Business Awards 2023.

They have dedicated themselves to establishing a business that not only allows them to collaborate as a husband and wife team but also provides a meaningful platform for others to enjoy, fostering connections and creating shared experiences with their loved ones. This commitment to shared enjoyment and meaningful bonding experiences has been a key factor in their recognition as finalists for this prestigious award.

‘‘We are incredibly honoured to be named finalists, as it symbolises a triumph over adversity and serves as a testament to the notion that, even in the face of chronic illness and as a husband and wife team, we can defy expectations and build something truly significant for the world to see and enjoy’’

Established at the forefront of a burgeoning trend originating in the US, our venture specialises in crafting permanent jewellery, a novel concept now gaining traction in the UK. Distinguishing itself from traditional jewellery with clasps, our unique approach involves welding each piece together, ensuring a permanent and seamless attachment. Our diverse range encompasses rings, bracelets, anklets, belly chains, necklaces, and more, catering to a growing audience seeking enduring and sentimental pieces.

This innovative concept has resonated particularly well with couples, siblings, family members, and friends, all seeking a tangible and lasting symbol of connection to carry with them every day. What sets our studio apart is not only our commitment to permanence but the infusion of sentiment into every aspect of our business. Drawing inspiration from our own love story, the chains are thoughtfully named after songs played at our wedding.

In keeping with our desire to create a space rich in emotion, we encourage our customers to partake in the creation of their own memories. Each visit to our studio involves the capture of the moment through a Polaroid, coupled with the opportunity to leave a personal message in our commemorative scrapbooks. This practice not only adds a personalised touch to the jewellery but also reinforces the idea that our studio is a place where connections are celebrated.

Beyond our commitment to crafting enduring pieces, our founders, Sophie and Taylor, share a deeper mission. Sophie, despite facing chronic health challenges, is determined to inspire others by demonstrating that success is achievable regardless of the obstacles one faces. Through our story, we aim to convey the message that believing in oneself and allowing challenges to drive personal growth is the foundation of success.
