Story Behind The Business

Never Ending Chain was founded in 2023 by husband-and-wife duo, Taylor and Sophie, and has since grown into a proud family-run business built around creating unforgettable experiences.

As high school sweethearts turned business partners, we've always believed that the best memories are made together. That's why everything we create is designed to be more than just a product it's an experience.

From our Permanent Jewellery Studio to our viral Custom Hat Experience, we've welcomed thousands of customers looking to celebrate, create, and leave with something truly personal.
